Our Approach

Our approach is to identify compounds which have completed at least Phase I clinical testing with an acceptable safety profile, Gems, and retarget them for anti-infective indications. Gemmus Pharma is developing our first candidates for seasonal and pandemic influenza.

Gemmus Pharma's first candidates are low molecular weight compounds for oral administration. The compounds promote survival during influenza infections by modulating the body's own beneficial immune response. The compounds act differently from current vaccines and antiviral drugs.
